- The
Apex 4000 Pneumatic Positioner provides accurate valve positioning
for rotary and linear actuators in either double acting or spring
return configurations. It may be used with 3-15 psi pneumatic
control signals or fitted with current-to-pressure transducers for

The Apex
4100 I/P Module provides accurate 3-15 psi pneumatic signals for the
Apex 4000 Positioner. It receives a 4-20 mA current input and only
requires 6 volts to operate.

Apex 5000 Pneumatic Positioners
- The Apex
5000 Pneumatic Positioner provides accurate valve positioning with
advanced features. It may be used with 3-15 psi pneumatic control
signals (as shown), or fitted with one of three current-to-pressure
transducers for 4-20 mA signal inputs. The Apex is available with
many options including: limit switches, position feedback
transmitter, speed controls, and their
Pharos™ visual position indicator.

Apex 5100 Current-To-Pressure Transducer - The
Apex 5100 I/P Module converts 4-20 mA current signals into 3-15 psi
pneumatic signals needed by the Apex 5000 Positioner. A controller
card compares the input signal with an electrical pressure feedback
signal and outputs voltage, which is applied to a coil.

XL90 High Performance Positioner -
The Automax
XL90 positioner provides outstanding control for a wide range of
valves and dampers. XL90’s two-stage relay provides fast,
sensitive response characteristics to meet demanding control
objectives. The XL90’s sensitive two-stage relay also makes it
ideal for precise damper control applications. It may be used with
3-15 psi pneumatic control signals (as shown) or fitted with an I/P
transducer for 4-20 mA signals. The XL90 is available with many
options including position feedback limit switches, 4-20 mA position
feedback transmitter, and their UltraDome visual position
indicator. Specify the XL90 whenever valve rotation
sensitivity is critical.

Aviator Integrated Valve Controller
- The Aviator™ is
designed for use with pneumatic rotary industrial valve actuators in
hazardous locations. It provides actuator/valve control by receiving
a direct solenoid voltage signal. It also provides remote indication
of open and closed valve positions by completing separate electrical
circuits. Local visual indication is accomplished with the UltraDome
rotary indicator. |
