Bay Port Valve & Fitting, Inc. is an established industrial and sanitary pipe, valve and fitting distributor in business since 1989. Our mission is and has been to provide the highest quality material with superior service at a competitive price. In this age of advanced technology and automation, we are very pleased to state that our management has over 100 years of combined experience and when pooled with our sales force over 200 years in the industrial and sanitary PVF markets. Our company has all the modern capabilities required such as EDI, material traceability, a dedicated Projects Group and many more. Bay Port takes great pride in our ongoing efforts to enhance our capabilities by providing value added services and complete PVF packages. We are, however, a company that still believes in people doing business with people, and providing solutions for our customers.

We inventory and distribute all types of industrial and sanitary pipe, tubing, valves, fittings, flanges and piping accessories for most applications including our customers in the following industries: Power, Phosphate, Citrus, Dairy, Chemical, Petrochemical, Industrial Gas, Aerospace, Sugar, Pulp and Paper, Food and Beverage, and Pharmaceutical. Our product lines include well known and high quality brands of products in all of the materials, types, pressures and size ranges generally required for standard and non-standard applications in these industries.
Service
Bay Port Valve & Fitting maintains one of the largest full-line PVF inventories in the state of Florida. Product availability, quality and competitive pricing allows us to serve as an excellent one-stop source for all of your pipe, valve and fitting requirements. Even more significant than our inventory, Bay Port Valve & Fitting takes pride in our exemplary service capabilities. We currently have eight highly experienced inside sales personnel available whom take great pride in providing a quick response to quotations and orders, as well as following up on delivery dates and backorders. We also have our own fleet of trucks ranging from pick-up trucks to semi-tractor trailers for prompt delivery and those “hot-rush” situations.
Special Services
Bay Port Valve & Fitting, Inc. can offer a complete line of high quality valve automation components and accessories, along with machine shop fabrication and assembly, allowing us to provide our customers with single source reliability. Our full range machine shop capabilities allow us to manufacture linkage kits for virtually any valve to actuator combination required. Our knowledgeable sales staff is capable of assisting our customers with selecting a single automation component or customizing complete automated packages. In addition, we also have capabilities to cut and thread pipe for custom length nipples and modify and repair valves & actuators to our customer’s specifications.
Projects
We have a dedicated Projects Group with over 30 years experience with large projects in all industries, including power plant construction. This group is not involved in day-to-day sales and works with A&E and contractors to ensure correct technical and administrative support on both national and international projects. We have developed partnerships with major valve manufacturers to ensure proper and on-time shipments with effective cost control measures for our customers. Our support begins during the engineering phase and will continue through start-up.
Traceability
We can provide Mill Test Reports (MTR’s) for all stock material. These are particularly useful on jobs that require ASME or ANSI code material. All of our MTR’s are scanned into a computer with the heat number and description as a way to quickly and efficiently retrieve Mill Test Reports. A backup file is maintained for everything we stock for perpetuity.
