Bay Port Valve & Fitting is an authorized distributor of Promation Engineering electric actuators.  Promation Engineering, Inc. provides a wide offering of Electric Spring and Non-Spring Return, Quarter-Turn and Linear actuators.  Designed for the harshness of industrial environments, their actuators provide on/off, jog or proportional control of Ball Valves, Butterfly valves, Gate Valves, Dampers and other quarter turn products.  Promation electric actuators are available in a range of 300 to 31,000 inch .lbs of torque output.  Product design is based on a self-locking worm drive principal which provides for a smooth running, dependable, robust drive system.  All models are ISO5211 compliant, have a visual position indicator and utilize a patented manual override for single-handed positioning of the actuator in a power failure situation.
