Aluminum Pneumatic Actuators -
The Max-Air rack &
pinion aluminum actuator produces linear torque output in a compact
design utilizing the same body and end caps for double acting and
spring return units. The “patent pending” bottom plate
design, unique to Max-Air, secures a captive pinion (anti-blowout
system) and permits flexibility in mounting. In addition, the female
pinion drive is standard with a double square output drive, and
optional with a double-D drive, keyed drive and designs to meet your
specific requirements.

Technopolymer Pneumatic Actuators -
Designed to withstand the
most corrosive environmental applications, Max-Air Technopolymer
actuator housings are manufactured from a polyamide base material
utilizing high cycle life spring cartridges made with
non-metallic materials (springs are epoxy coated). In
addition, pinions and fasteners are manufactured from high quality
stainless steel. Technopolymer actuators are available in three
sizes up to 500 in-lbs of double-acting torque. |
