80 PVC Fittings - Spears®
comprehensive line of injection molded Schedule 80 PVC fittings
offers a variety of configurations in molded sizes 1/4" through
12" conforming to ASTM D 2467 and Spears® exclusive CL150
Flanges in sizes 1/2" through 16". Fabricated fittings are
available up to 36". Schedule 80 PVC fittings provide
exceptional chemical & corrosion resistance, and can handle
fluids at service temperatures up to 140°F (60°C), allowing a wide
range of process applications, including corrosive fluids.

configurations in Schedule 80 sizes 1/4” through
24”. CPVC provides exceptional chemical & corrosion
resistance. In addition, CPVC thermoplastics can handle fluids
at service temperatures up to 200°F, allowing a greater range of
process applications, including hot corrosive liquids.

& CPVC Clamp-On Saddles allow quick, easy and reliable addition
of branch lines to existing piping system lines. These versatile
saddle units can be used in either temporary or permanent

diameter, such as PVC, CPVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene and Steel.

Spears® Patented Schedule 80 Special
Reinforced (SR) Fittings reduce problems associated with over
tightening of female plastic pipe threads. Not just an added ring,
this unique precompression design
compensates for expansion forces generated from tapered pipe thread
joint make-up. Radial stress is reduced in normal installations and
contained in severe over tightening situations.

strong and reliable metal-to-plastic PVC and CPVC transition
fittings minimize stress problems normally associated with
metal-to-plastic piping system transitions. Computer engineered
design is backed by over twenty-five

collar are molded-in-place as an integral part of each fitting for
superior strength while the secondary o-ring seal compensates for
